Orders are meticulously prepared within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day, while those placed after are handled the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is available to mainland UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, and select European countries. Islands and other territories are excluded, focusing our efforts on seamless service within these regions. If the country you occupy is not on the list then please reach out to our customer support team using our contact page for a bespoke service.

Tracking Your Order

Late or Missing Shipments

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

• Returns: Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Opened items are non-returnable due to their bio-active nature. Contact us for instructions; customers cover return shipping unless items are defective, where we assume the cost.
• Cancellations: Permitted before processing; notify us promptly.
• Exchanges: Not offered directly; return and reorder as needed.
